btw.. the photo for the cover of "Palladium april 19 1980" was actually taken at the Los Angeles Olympic auditorium show in April 4th 1980 - Johnny noticed the kid in the audience, and brought him up on stage.
The previous poster is correct about the cover photo being from the Olympic Auditorium show. I was at the show, and I remember Lydon treating the kid very kindly and patiently while he was up on stage, holding the lyrics sheet for the kid so he could sing one of the songs, etc.
Most accounts of the show don't mention that there was a second, older kid also pulled up on the stage, who acted much more "punkish," pounding on Levene's keyboard, making punk faces at his friends in the audience, and so forth.
